“Hawks Community Conditioning, Core & Agility

The Club invites everyone in our rugby community, to come along and participate in our “Hawks Community Conditioning, Core & Agility”.

*Note this does not apply to our Premier & Premier Reserve Players

Our aims are to:

  1. Enable the rugby athletes in our community to perform at a higher level.
  1. Prevent injuries occurring.
  1. Enable player’s with injuries to recover faster, in order to get them back playing quicker.
  1. Create  a positive ” Community” spirit.

When: Mondays

Where: Helston Park

Time: 6.15pm (individual warm up), 6.30pm start.

What to bring: A water bottle, boots & runners, some positive energy, a willingness to push yourselves.”
