Onwards and Upwards the Faithful Might Say
The Woodridge Homes Premiers played Paremata-Plimmerton at Ngatitoa Domain on Saturday. On a windy day they were never in the contest and went down 34-7, let’s leave it there. The Quay Marine Premier Reserves notched their 2nd straight win which was great to see.  Under trying conditions, they showed some real cohesiveness, commitment and unity to prevail in a tight one 26-25 over the Para-Plim Reserves.  The forwards tried really hard and were led fiercely by Rob Carr.  The backs looked sharp at times with the inside quartet working in harmony and should have had more tries!  Well done boys, keep up the good work.

This Week’s Games – 7 April 2018
We finally get our first home game and see the Woodridge Homes Premiers and Quay Marine Premier Reserves play the respective Wainuiomata teams.  Please get along to support the boys!

New Kids’ Corner at the Club!
Over the Easter period some willing Johnsonville Supporters Lauren Hannah and Thea Meredith completed a revamped Kids Corner with our continuing focus on creating a more family friendly environment.  We also had the support of one of our major sponsors Mitre 10 Crofton Downs who supplied a number of the materials!  You can see the before and after pics below and it just shows that a certain level of commitment and application gets a quality job done and we need more of this right across the Club!  There is a policy that we would like members and families to follow and endorse which is clearly visible in the Corner itself.  Well done guys!
